The presentation of food from all over the world, for example from Mexico, Ukraine, Germany, Algeria, etc. was prepared by foreign students. Several stations were set up on the campus where visitors could have a lot of fun. During the Food Festival there was also a cooking show by Josef Nemrava (TOP5 MasterChef Czech Republic). The lecture on the topic of Myths in nutrition was given by Mgr. Ing. Simona Šimková and a presentation on vegan food supplements was prepared by our graduate Bc. Jana Velhartická.
Several bistro and restaurant operators presented their food stands.
These were Bouda Burgers, Joshi Sushi Bistro, Donut and Hrancle with you, Trdelník, Langos, Buucha, JD Chilli specialties and vegan delicacies from Janci, our graduate.
